I have been to Houston’s park twice. It is a fun experience and they really are hospitable. They even played Sweet Caroline after a Boston win and the Astros fans called in the sports radio station and went off on the team. That was a July 4th weekend and that place had half of Boston come down. I sat about 16 rows behind the Boston dugout and those seats were just outstanding and the slope of the seats makes every seat comfortable.
As a former Austinite, I have biases against the fan bases of both Houston and Dallas but their stadiums are undeniably top-drawer. I enjoyed reading this article and I am jealous of all the places you’ve seen a game!
Taryn, thanks for sharing. Enjoyed every word of it!
I enjoyed this very much - even if I'm jealous of all the parks you've been to!
When Metsense and I go to a minor league game this year, I'll be on the lookout for green chicken nachos and a margarita. We'll see what we find...
